Coinfecciones transmitidas por sexo en transfemeninas VIH positivas en Managua octubre 2017 a abril 2018

Resumen

Este artículo muestra los resultados de la investigación sobre Confecciones transmitidas por sexo en Transfemeninas VIH positivas. El estudio fue observacional, transversal, analítico, realizado en el departamento de Managua con la población transfemenina VIH positivo. La muestra fue de conveniencia, igual al universo que estableció el MINSA en su Informe de Situación Epidemiológica del VIH 2015. El método estadístico utilizado fue análisis de correspondencias. Los principales resultados demuestran que las transfemeninas VIH positivas tiene una educación heterogenia desde de primaria incompleta hasta universitario, cuyas edades oscilan entre los 18 y 49 años, el grupo de 18 años el que presentó el mayor grupo de población con un 21.3%. El trabajo sexual comercial es la principal fuente de ingresos para la mayoría de las transfemeninas VIH positivas. Al momento de la recolección de los datos el 77% tenía como única fuente de ingresos económicos el trabajo sexual comercial. Las ITS más frecuentes fueron la Gonorrea y Papilomas/verrugas genitales. Se logra determinar que, si hay coinfección de ITS y VIH en las trans femeninas VIH positivo, y que las principales ITS que afectan a las trans femeninas VIH positivo fueron: el 47.5% presentó Sífilis, el 34.4% Gonorrea, el 19.7% Papilomas/verrugas genitales y el 9.8% Herpes Simple tipo 2.
